THE BEAUTY OF THE PATH LESS TRAVELED, part of the series, Woman and Fox, A Journey, was inspired by the joy of being on my own path. It is hard to leave the path of others and find your own but the rewards are amazing. A wide variety of pastels with intense, pure pigments, the use of alcohol and stiff brush to create texture, pastel pencil to define edges helped to bring this image forward.
